I’ve been hearing about Influenster for a while now and was intrigued by the site. In case you haven’t heard of it, Influenster is a site where influencers and non-influencers alike can sign up to connect their social media and get matched to campaigns for free products to review.
I recently qualified for my first campaign and was quite excited to see what I would be receiving in my first box.
I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! Let’s take a look at what was inside.
Disclaimer: I received this box of products free for review purposes. This post is not sponsored and all opinions are my own.
I love dry shampoos, and I’m always happy to see one in a subscription box. I really put this one to the test and tried it out on a day when my hair was in desperate need of a wash, but I simply had no time to do it. The dry shampoo took away nearly all of the grease and made my hair feel clean and fresh, even on that bad of a hair day. Also, there was very little whitecast left on the hair, which is rare in dry shampoos. I highly recommend this one.
I frequently use Tide detergent, but had never tried out one of the pods before. I love the convenience of just throwing a pod into the machine. I’ll take anything that will take some of the tediousness out of doing the laundry!
This product appealed to me as soon as I saw it because I’m really bad about putting on body lotion. I like the idea of a lotion you put on in the shower because it’s one less thing to have to think about doing otherwise. I wouldn’t say this was the most moisturizing lotion I’ve ever tried, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you have really dry skin, but the convenience is nice.
The thing that I enjoyed the most about this liquid eyeliner was the extremely precise tip. It may be the most precise eyeliner pen I’ve used to date, which made it nice and easy to draw on a wing. It’s perfectly matte black and applies smooth. This is a great affordable option for black liquid liners!
I’ve recently gotten on a lip gloss kick so this Rimmel gloss was fun to receive in the box. The outer package makes the color look like it will be super bold and bubble gum pink, however it was much more subtle when applied to the lips. The gloss isn’t sticky at all and is extremely pretty.
I always love trying out new face products and exfoliators, and this one was very nice. It left my skin feeling soft and wasn’t too harsh on the skin.
I’ve never tried any foot masks before, but I’m not sure what I was waiting for. The application process for these socks could have been a little nicer as the lotion was contained in plastic bags that you leave on your feet. However the results spoke for themselves – my feet were very smooth and remained smooth for quite a long time afterward.
